Lions Den House Concerts brings world-class artists — Juno and Grammy nominees and winners among them — into an intimate living room beneath the Two Lions peaks of Vancouver. No barriers between you and the music. No distance between you and the artist.When the last note fades, the evening shifts. We open the cellar — fine wine poured at exactly the right temperature, rare vintages and private imports unavailable anywhere in BC. Hors d’oeuvres are passed. Artists stay and talk. And the room fills with something harder to name: retired judges, construction workers, doctors, pharmacists, bankers, neighbours, first-timers — strangers an hour ago, shoulder to shoulder now. All kinds of people — bound by music in their DNA, a love of fine wine, and the pull of genuine community. That’s the Lions Den. The music opens the door. The rest takes care of itself.
